Durio kutejensis
Durio kutejensis is the scientific name of Durian. It’s commonly known as durian merah, durian pulu, nyekak, or lai. It is the primary rainforest fruit tree in Borneo. The durian is native to Brunei, Indonesia and Malaysia. It is also believed that the durian fruit is a native to the Philippines, particularly in Davao region in the island of Mindanao.
